A day at my home office- so many emails to answer, MIAMI deluxe just around the corner- but computer one to one does not go on for long- just another trip to another showroom- Its quite stressful to always look great and never repeat what ur outfit. This time after meeting LOSSON from the day before- I decide to make my way to TERRASSA- what a “strange place”- one you would never expect some of SPAIN s top designers to be found- hidden and because they are still a secret- I pick up 4 outfits which should get me through tonight and some other functions. Off to OLIVERA s -Alexandra has a Russian/arty look in mind- the dress and occasion to match first stop “GALA dinner at Fundacio Miro in Monjuic for Fundación Sanrio “Children’s Smile” project”- Great idea- however “you could tell” that no local PR agency was involved- the auction which had amazing artists taking on HELLO KITTY interpretations- missed the crucial catalan Barcelona crowed- that would have taken “takings” onto the next level. However great first step and I congratulate Sanrio s Global Brand and Marketing Manager SALVATORE ZINGRILLO. “How on earth do you keep all these licenses under control?”- “Sometimes they are controlling me “ he answers- “no one would think that I am the only one  that has to keep a tap on thousands of Hello Kitty products- it s insane” When I was working at my other job at Diesel we had to push the product- here I have to PULL BACK”.
